Raoul L. Barducci
Raoul relocated to London from Rome, Italy in 2005. He is fluent in both Italian and English. His business acumen, extensive managerial experience and passion for high quality customer relations are behind the excellent customer service that is central to CPG.
Having gained over 15 years experience within reputable accountancy firms, call centres and telecommunication companies, Raoul has gained extensive experience and skills in customer relations and team management. He has supervised and trained managers, other corporate personnel and teams of up to 400 while fulfilling the role of Senior Manager for one of Italy's most prestigious telecommunication companies.
He has managed the recruitment, training and supervision for personnel involved in some major telecommunication service development projects for Alitalia, Telecom Italia, Greenpeace and Unicef, amongst many others. He was 'Head Hunted' to help with the start-up of the telecommunications company Wind, and served as a prominent figure in its launch and sub-sequential success. He was an integral player in the development and implementation of internal procedures within the company, ensuring the provision of the most efficient and effective service and contributing to the quality reputation that the company has come to hold.
Furthermore, Raoul has experience in training Sales Departments and presenting at international conventions and conferences. He holds relevant and admirable qualifications in business/personnel management, customer care, personnel training and accountancy.
Today, he is one of the Founding Directors of City Psychology Group and a valued member of the team in his role as Practice Manager and Customer Service Manager.
