‘There is nothing greater than having been given the privilege of providing a safe place for any individual to process and reflect on their life story, and help them to establish compassion, understanding and respect for themselves.'

About Me
Research & Publications

I have always strived to support and provide a place of safety and compassion to help an individual process their issues and traumas.  It is such a privilege to provide such a space and be part of the understanding the client wishes to make of their life journey.

Utilising a variety of evidence-based skills, methods and theories can help to establish a place where the therapeutic alliance can develop, and the complexity of an individual’s issues can begin to be processed. Life experiences differ for us all, but how we make sense of them and how we move forward is the ultimate challenge that everyone can face.  I believe that as a Counselling Psychologist I offer psychological expertise and an open mind to helping individuals make sense of their issues.

Mandeep has worked in NHS services, specifically secondary Mental Health services, for over 19 years.  Her expertise spans across an array of mental health conditions such as trauma, abuse (emotional, psychological, financial, sexual) depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Mandeep provides an integrative therapeutic approach which consists of Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as required.

Mandeep is a registered Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a registered Counselling Psychologist with The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Mandeep has been qualified, and worked in NHS services, specifically secondary Mental Health services for over 19 years.  She is currently a Consultant Chartered Counselling Psychologist within the NHS. Her vast range of experience has allowed her to tailor her therapeutic interventions to both short and long term psychological therapy.

She is also part of the interview panel for universities and supports her NHS trust in providing clinical placements and experience for trainees.
