Therapy begins by undertaking a comprehensive assessment to build a collaborative, shared understanding of your difficulties. A tailor-made treatment plan will be developed to address your needs that is grounded in evidence based psychological theory and practice. During therapy, progress is regularly reviewed to ensure you are heading towards recovery and developing skills to maintain progress after therapy ends. Julia is committed to continuing professional development and undertaking further training where needed to build upon knowledge and skills to provide an expert level of care to patients.
