Coronavirus is affecting us all, and so we want to remind you that City Psychology Group (CPG) is here, as always, to support your mental health and wellbeing.

All of our clinicians are now providing therapy sessions via video call or telephone, enabling us to provide you with the same high-quality care as usual.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are interested in receiving support from CPG, whether for you or for someone else, or just want to find out more.

Wishing you the best of health.

Fees and Insurance

If you are paying fees yourself, you can pay either in advance or on the day of the appointment, by cash, debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cheque. Please call us on 0330 333 2323 or visit our 'Pay an Invoice' webpage.

If you have private healthcare insurance, we are registered with all major insurers. If your policy does not cover the full cost of your sessions, you will be responsible for covering the remainder of the cost. (Please also see Terms & Conditions.)

Some insurers require a formal referral from a GP or psychiatrist; in that case we can recommend a number with whom we work closely. If you are unsure of the procedures adopted by your insurers, please contact them for clarification before beginning sessions at CPG.

For clients who are funding themselves, we may be able to offer reduced rates for multiple sessions booked at once. We may be able to negotiate reduced fees depending on financial circumstances, or can direct you towards practitioners elsewhere who offer lower fees.

Initial consultations for therapy and coaching may be longer than follow-up appointments and so may be charged at a higher rate.

Fees may vary depending upon which of our psychologists you see, according to their experience and training and the level of demand for them.

Shorter-term therapy and coaching may be charged at a higher rate than longer-term work.

Please email or call us on 0330 333 2323 for further details of our rates.
