I am an empathic, non-judgmental therapist and aim to empower my clients to achieve the changes they want in their lives. I am passionate about my work and take great satisfaction in seeing my clients achieve their goals and learn new coping skills.

I offer brief, evidence-based therapy as well as longer-term therapy when needed. I treat difficulties such as: depression; anxiety; post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other forms of trauma; low self-esteem; obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD); self-harm; impulsive behaviour; gambling problems; borderline personality disorder; substance misuse; eating disorders; body image difficulties; work-related stress; panic attacks; generalised anxiety disorder; health anxiety; and relationship difficulties.

Konstantina uses a range of approaches to guide her clients towards a life with less self-criticism and emotional suffering. She has particular expertise in psychodynamic therapy, in teaching mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, and in facilitating assertiveness and anger management workshops. She has a special interest in working with patients who have suffered significant trauma, resulting in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She is proficient in delivering therapy online and has done extensive doctoral-level research on the therapeutic relationship in online therapy.

‚ÄčKonstantina is also a qualified fitness instructor and believes strongly in the benefit of exercise on mental health. She specialises in High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and leads weekly classes. She encourages her clients to lead a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Konstantina has a wealth of experience in the NHS and the private sector, including The Priory London, offering both one-to one and group therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), schema-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
