About Me
Research & Publications

I am an empathic, non-judgmental therapist and my aim is to empower clients to achieve the change they wish in their life. I am very passionate about my work and the greatest satisfaction in my work is to support my clients through their journey and to see them achieve their goals in therapy and acquire valuable coping skills.

I use my training experience and expertise to offer brief evidence-based therapy as well as longer term therapy when needed. I treat difficulties such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), self- harm, impulsive behaviours, gambling problems, borderline personality disorder (BPD/EUPD), substance use, eating disorders, body image difficulties, work-related stress, panic attack, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), health anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

Further, she has a special interest in working with patients with a history of traumatic experience such as abuse or rape, which have resulted in PTSD. She is proficient in delivering therapy online and has done extensive doctoral level research focused on the therapeutic relationship in online therapy.

‚ÄčKonstantina is also a qualified fitness instructor and believes strongly in the benefit of exercise on mental health.  She specialises in High-intensity interval training (HIIT) and leads weekly classes. She encourages her clients to follow a balanced healthy lifestyle.
