Sara offers therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and work-related stress amongst many other problems. She works with couples and families and is skilled in helping parents to develop their parenting skills.
She uses a range of therapies and interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) and systemic therapy as well as Solihull Approach and Incredible Years Parenting skills courses.
Sara has more than a decade of experience as a clinical psychologist in the NHS. She has worked in child and adolescent services, perinatal services, and primary care adult mental health services.
