"Starting therapy can be a scary prospect, and whether you’ve been on this journey before, or completely new to it, it's likely to be an anxious time.  A key part of therapy is building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust - this is fundamental to my approach, and a core foundation of the therapy that I provide."

I hold a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, I am a Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

I believe we are all different, no two humans are the same, and regardless of diversity or diagnosis, I will work closely with you as an individual, to identify your needs and tailor a bespoke therapeutic experience that works. We will work collaboratively to explore your current difficulties, your past challenges and traumas and your future goals, whilst all the time taking things at a pace and depth that is comfortable and safe for you.
