"Each individual deserves to live free from suffering and embrace awareness of self and others. I work to deliver that vision, to allow the possibilities of the individual to become a reality"

I aim to create a warm, open, and trusting space where you feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches while staying responsive to what feels most helpful for you. I have particular experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma, and I also work with more complex difficulties such as personality disorders. I work with adults adapting my approach to suit each person’s unique story, needs, and pace.

As a Counselling Psychologist, Sabrina has over 15 years of training and clinical experience across the UK and Italy. She is a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Sabrina adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness. This allows her to tailor interventions to the individual needs and goals of each client.
She offers both face-to-face and online sessions, working flexibly to ensure accessibility and continuity of care in line with clients’ preferences.
