Dr Lindy Morrison
Managing Director

Lindy has wide ranging experience working in both primary and secondary care within the NHS and has worked for the last number of years providing therapy to the students at a Russell Group University.  Additionally, Lindy has lectured at the University of Worcester for the last five years, teaching postgraduates contextual behavioural therapies as well as a range of other topics within Counselling Psychology.     

Lindy has lived in three countries, previously working as an attorney and finds the experience of working in a professional and challenging environment as well as the experience of major life transitions particularly useful when working with client’s struggling with anxiety and stress surrounding work issues and life changes.

 

Dr Michael Sinclair
Clinical Director

Michael is the Managing Director, Lead Consultant Psychologist, and Clinical Director of CPG. He is based in the City of London (Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf) and Harley Street, as well as onsite within large FTSE 100 companies. 

Michael has over 20 years of clinical experience providing treatment to individuals, couples, and families within both the NHS and the private sector. He offers brief and effective treatment for the full range of psychological problems including work-related stress, depression, anxiety disorders (including PTSD and OCD), eating disorders, chronic pain, adjustment to physical health problems and medical diagnoses, medically unexplained symptoms, chronic fatigue, and personality disorder, as well as relationship problems and couple distress. 

Michael is committed to bringing about meaningful change for his clients in the shortest possible time, helping them to develop psychological skills for living full and satisfying lives. He uses a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based treatments and contextual cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT). He has advanced training and is highly experienced in delivering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
