Khurram has over 22 years of professional cross-sector management and business improvement skills, experience and achievements which has predominantly been obtained within the medical and pharmaceutical industry. He has consistently and successfully implemented his solutions orientated transferable skills within a multitude of environments through his effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.

His energy and focus can be seen through his ‘hands on’ engaging approach, multitasking capability combined with operative communication capability which in turn has seen him deliver a number of strategic projects successfully.

Khurram’s business savvy style has enabled him to positively develop both individuals as well as organisations to their greatest potential. Not only has this resulted in incremental outputs but significantly enhanced stakeholder relationships and formed long lasting partnerships. A true brand ambassador that prides himself in his professional conduct, Khurram always strives for improvement in all aspects of the business routinely being the catalyst in cross-functional enterprise.

Dr Michael Sinclair
Clinical Director

Michael is the Managing Director, Lead Consultant Psychologist, and Clinical Director of CPG. He is based in the City of London (Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf) and Harley Street, as well as onsite within large FTSE 100 companies. 

Michael has over 20 years of clinical experience providing treatment to individuals, couples, and families within both the NHS and the private sector. He offers brief and effective treatment for the full range of psychological problems including work-related stress, depression, anxiety disorders (including PTSD and OCD), eating disorders, chronic pain, adjustment to physical health problems and medical diagnoses, medically unexplained symptoms, chronic fatigue, and personality disorder, as well as relationship problems and couple distress. 

Michael is committed to bringing about meaningful change for his clients in the shortest possible time, helping them to develop psychological skills for living full and satisfying lives. He uses a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based treatments and contextual cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT). He has advanced training and is highly experienced in delivering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
