I am a compassionate and person-centered/integrative Clinical Psychologist which means I am focused on care of the needs of the individual. I have over a decade of experience working within the NHS, charity-sector and educational institutions. I aim to support individuals with psychological skills that can help you to live a fulfilling live and promote resilience to prevent relapse in the future. Having worked across the globe in multiple locations and with diverse communities, I am especially interested in cross-cultural understandings of mental health challenges and I value and respect individual differences, including personality, cognitive profiles, and psychological traits.
